LAWN BOXES

Enjoy your private front row seat in an exclusive lawn box. Each lawn box is a 20 ft. x 20 ft. space along the rail on the outside of the track. In addition to the premium location and front row seat for the races, you will enjoy the convenience of a private 10 ft. x 10 ft. tent. As an added benefit these spaces have a reserved location directly behind the space for your vehicle leaving you the full 20 ft. x 20 ft. area for entertaining.

VIP Homestretch

Located in the exclusive Brookhill Village, you can view the horses as they come through the final turn and start down the homestretch. Includes 10 Brookhill Village passes and 10’ x 10’ tent.

First Turn Lawn Boxes
Very limited availability

Located on the first turn just past the starting line, you can watch the start of each race as the horses launch over the first jump. Includes 10 general admission tickets and 10’ x 10’ tent.
