Located in the outfield on a slight rise, the Glen allows your guests to enjoy a spectacular view of the races as the horses round the curve. The Glen is an affordable introduction to steeplechasing, ideal for small businesses as well as professional and social organizations. Starting at $600, packages are available for 20 to 60 guests.
Outrider’s Club
This package, for up to 60 guests, includes:
- One 20’ x 20’ canopy tent
- Three buffet tables and 18 chairs
- 30 general admission tickets
- 10 Glen parking passes
- Tent marker
- Recognition in the race program
- Catering service available (additional cost)
- Up to 30 additional general admission passes available at $15 each

The Children’s Alley
Fun for the Whole Family is at the Children's Alley. This area next to the Glen is specifically for families with young children. A variety of games and activities will be held before the races.
Event Details
Because of the limited number of tents and reserved spaces available, reservations are based upon date of contract. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated. The Brookhill Steeplechase will provide a list of appointed caterers for the use of our tent sponsors desiring catered food and beverage services.
